This was almost the twenty fifth consecutive year that they have taken our students to Lightwater Valley. This year we were able to take even more students. The students had a huge amount of fun. They enjoyed ice-creams and had the opportunity to have their photographs taken with birds of prey. Our students loved going on all the different rides. Nicholas was even brave enough to go upside down on the Black Pearl, we boarded the Flying Camels which allowed for an interactive flight experience and some even got soaking wet on the Wild River Rapids! "
All of the students thoroughly enjoyed the trip which was of great benefit to themselves and positive memories were made all around.
Big thanks for President Elect Helen who organised the event, the coach and cared for the pupils the day out. Thanks to Edith who prepared the sandwiches. Thanks to Luddites President Margaret and Nigel along with Bill and Tony who helped with the days events.
