Eunice Norman, chairperson of Medway Hospital Radio will be talking about the service provided by the radio station for the inpatients of Medway Hospital during their stay.
Our President - Hazel Sheehan - is an ex member of the Hospital Radio North Kent which served the patients of the Gravesend and North Kent Hospital, so she is aware first hand of the outstanding job that these volunteers do for the hospital community and Rotary Club of Strood is interested in finding ways to help them develop their service at Medway Hospital.

President Hazel assisted by her granddaughter Isabelle has delivered 50 bags for children to St Nicholas in Strood. They will be sent out to families in need over the next few days. The Reverend David Green sends his thanks to Strood Rotary.

The last annual Quiz was held on 23 February 2019 at Shorne Village Hall where hundreds of pounds was raised for charitable causes. In honour of our quiz setter who died recently we are renaming the trophy the Denis Elvy Cup.
