A Taste of Africa
Every year, Hythe & Waterside Rotary hold a Taste The World Evening. This year saw members and their guests celebrate the rich and vibrant cuisine of Africa. Amongst the dishes prepared by Volunteer cooks were Cape Chicken Curry, Jollof Rice, Boboti, Moroccan Chicken Tagine, Boere Breyani and Chicken Marrakesh. There was a delicious array of African desserts on offer including Malva Pudding and African ice cream.
The evening was rounded off with an African themed quiz and a raffle which raised over £200.
