On the 5th July and without their usual Zoom meeting to attend 4 members of Hythe and Waterside Rotary again took to the streets to litter pick.
Manny , Christine, Craig and Ian cleaned the footpaths around Applemore school and Applemore recreation centre. In addition a supermarket trolley was found on Challenger Way and returned home.
We are always encouraged by the passers by thanking us for our efforts and now carry printed cards so we can get others to join us with future litter picks and in the many other ways that we help the community.
The next litter pick is planned for Saturday 10th July 10am - 12pm - if you would like to join in one that day or you are interested in helping with future litter picks please contact mannyfordham@hythewatersiderotary.org or telephone 02381 818187.
