A social evening with style.
It all started with a welcome in French quickly followed by a chef master class. Our celebrity chefs, Matt Owens, a past winner at the Culinary Olympics, and Stuart Mcleod, who held four rosettes concurrently in two establishments, demonstrated their skills. Matt demonstrated working with chocolate while Stuart showed how our desert for the night would be prepared
While enjoying the French menu guests completed , or tried to complete, a fun french quiz. The bespke raffle was won by the person with ticket number 14 reminding us that Bastille Day was actually 14 July.
The menu concluded with a plate of Cafe Petits Fours on each table by courtesy of our very own chef. Thanks Terry
