Electricity arrived in stages from the late 1800s to the 1950s. Tony Condor, who entertained us in March with his campaign for a tall ship to be a fixture of Gloucester, will return with another interesting story of local events

Another opportunity for teams to eat together to discuss and add detail to the events they are planning to meet the president’s objectives for his year. Later in the meeting team leaders will divulge their plans to all.

Gloucester Windrush Meal Venture was born during lockdown, as a community project that now provides over 90 to 100 healthy, hot, home-cooked meals every week to elderly, disabled, vulnerable, and isolated people. Sharon will update us with the latest news

We have celebrated the 4 patron Saints of the British Isles, but is there a 5th, a bit like the 5th Beatle. A saint who has given warmth, comfort & support to many people. That saint is St Micheal and Vaughan will tell us about his place in modern society
