Rotary Christmas Toy Box 2025

For distribution to refuges

Club members please log in for more information.

Co-ordinator Dorothy Pulsford-Harris gave a very comprehensive update on this year’s Rotary Christmas Toy Box (RCTB) – See summary as follows:

“Firstly, a huge thank you to you all for a magnificent UK response to the 2024 Christmas Toy Box appeal.  Over 4500 toy boxes were delivered to refuges.  One or two bits of feedback received - "it was a joy to see the children's faces light up on receiving their boxes." AND "how thrilled the children were"

The cost of each toy box is now £30, due to increased distribution costs and having to purchase toys (although many are donated).

Payment is to be by either BACS (preferred) or credit card.  The glitch in the system preventing anyone purchasing more than one box has been rectified. Cheques are no longer accepted.  There is a provision for someone outside Rotary to make a donation, without having to purchase a toy box.

At present there are 4 packing stations - Glasgow, Northampton, Milton Keynes and one in the North East.  Rotaractors have been helping out in London too. Login to see the refuges in District 1010.

Labels for the toy boxes have been done showing both the Rotary and KiM logos with the label also stating it is a gift from your local Rotary club.

The forms to purchase toy boxes can be accessed from the members area of the website as before. See below for the link.

Please ensure the RCTB Registration Form is fully completed, this will aid RCTB Order and delivery tracking.

The RCTB Registration Form can be found on the Rotary GB&I website - Public Area - NO NEED to 'log in'.

The link is http://www.rotarygbi.org/toybox  - then 'click on' Donation Information. When you say you are a member of Rotary the form will expand to the full registration form required for clubs.

Please note that since last year's RCTB 2024, RCTB 2025 has a new Bank Account (as shown on the RCTB Reg. Form),
