Freuchie CC - Youth

Future involvement with the youth of Freuchie CC


Dear All, last night Don and I attended Freuchie Cricket Club in order to present them with our donation of £500 for their junior coaching initiative. Rose is preparing a report for the local paper and she has the attached photo file to go along with it.

regards. Don acted as Quizmaster announcer for the event organised for the youngsters not actually playing floodlit cricket. 

I also suggested to the Cricket Club President that we would like to provide an annual award in the form of a shield similar to the PSQ one with a smaller version for each winner.The award to be given for "Most Improved Junior " member. The object being to form a long term link to Freuchie Cricket Club which is a very lively community hub.

I will progress this further on my return.
