Speaker: George Proudfoot from the Adam Smith Global Foundation in Kirkcaldy. Welcome Team: John Ewan (Room) Bob Henderson (Grace) David Jack (VoT & Web report). The rescheduled Council meeting took place on 29 September.
George Proudfoot of the Adam Smith Global Foundation spoke eloquently and passionately about this famous son of the lang toon. He made his talk very interesting and inspired a number of members to pay an early visit to Kirkcaldy to see how the organisation is educating locals and visitors alike about his life and work.
The Club wishes the Foundation well in its endeavours.
