Rotary Club of Birstall Luddites
Dewsbury Rock Choir Concert at St Thomas Church.
On Saturday 18th November Rotarians, friends, and church goers from St Thomas all gathered in St Thomas Church Upper Batley for a Rock Choir concert in aid of Kirkwood Hospice. The Kirkwood.
Rock Choir leader Narel led Rockies from Dewsbury, Huddersfield and Bradford clubs and gave a concert of songs in 2 halves where a break for Tea Coffee and buiscuits refreshments were enjoyed by all.
With the raffle and entrance fee the event raised £555 to Kirkwood Hospice The Kirkwood.
Big thanks to Jeremy for hosting the procedings ,President Mary and John and Edith for the raffle, maning the Kitchen were Margaret Katheryn Paul and Edith. Maning the door Keith and Nigel.
The Kirkwood stall was very busy during the break selling Christmas cards and gifts.
President Mary thanked Narelle and the Rock Choir and everyone who turned out to make a very enjoyable
