FREE Interactive Zoom courses are now available for MENTAL HEALTH.

Hazel and her partner John Keen an experienced Mental health practitioner and specialist in CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy). Wish to do their part in helping those with Stress anxiety and
Depression, during these COVID Pandemic, dark days of isolation and loneliness.
These FREE courses will cover a variety of topics increase your knowledge base and give you, positive guidance and strategies to help you achieve better mental health.
These courses will be group based possibility over 4 continuous weeks.
No one needs to talk if they don’t want to, the candidates can just sit and listen and gain knowledge from the course tutor John.
These courses are for everyone and will be starting in November and December.
At the moment no plans are made for further courses in the New year.

For many years John worked for the NHS and laterally he was the clinical director at the CBT Centre in Cleckheaton. Although not offering therapy now,John has set up this training Course that will not only be informative as well as I’m sure extremely helpful.
We are delighted John is here for this short period of time.
