He has agreed to work with Training for People that care over this next dark winter period .He has agreed to run an introductory course on CBT therapy. John who is now retired ,but has kept an interest in CBT will be soon be starting a short course of six hours offering knowledge and guidance to anyone interested in CBT.
For many years John worked for the NHS and laterally he was the clinical director at the CBT Centre in Cleckheaton. Although not offering therapy now,John has set up this training Course that will not only be informative as well as I’m sure extremely helpful.
