RYLA candidate Josh is 16 years old and attends Woodkirk School.  He gave the club a debrief on his week at Hebden Hey RYLA. Josh gave detail of each day and the tasks they were given. 
These included o
rienteering a raft race mountain rescue a skit night PT sessions and more.
Josh said in RYLA you dont fail a task you try try again and in a lot of the tasks get wet.
Josh thanked the club for the opportunity of his week at RYLA and thanked his Mentor Nev and Bill and Tony for their help.

RYLA aims to promote leadership, community spirit and to challenge 
young people, both mentally and physically and the club has agreed to 
send a candidate aged 16 or 17 on the 2016 RYLA course. 
The committee has recruited a candidate from the local area and 
submitted the appropriate details to secure a place on the course from 
31st July to Friday 5th August 2017. 
Our candidate, Joshua Davison was a last minute stand in .  Luke attended 
a meeting on 9th Oct where he shared his experiences of the event.
