Plus District Governor David Hartly visit
Rotary Club of Birstall Luddites
Visit of District 1040 Governor David Phillips.
District Governor David Phillips visited the club together with his wife Yvonne on Mon 3 Aug.
David listened to the club business meeting and then addressed the club .
His presidential theme for his year in leadership centers around the rallying cries "#DareToBeDifferent" and to "dare to enjoy the journey" while taking up new community and membership challenges
David set out 7 aims for Rotary clubs to try to achieve for the coming Rotary year.
David gave an interesting and extensive talk and President Nigel thanked David for coming to visit the club.
