Our 2025 Summer Fair will be on Saturday 14th June

Chislehurst Common, near Prickend Pond,
Chislehurst, BR7 6AH
(Open 10am - Close 4pm)
The Summer Fair includes a children's funfair; a performance stage, featuring local dance and theatre companies throughout the day; the Rotary Club Beer and Pimms tent; and around 70 stalls including entertainments, food, drink, and a huge range of different products and services.
We are very grateful to The Chislehurst Society and the Chislehurst Commons for allowing us to use the Commons for this magnificent Community event. We also would like to thank you if you have supported our event in previous years, by attending or as a stallholder.
If you'd like to hire a pitch at the next Summer Fair, visit the PITCH BOOKING PAGE for pitch fees, stallholder information and the pitch booking form. Please note that use Jotform to process forms. JotForm operates in compliance with GDPR. Bookings are normally open from around the beginning of February - if nothing happens when you click on the link above, then the booking process is not yet open.

P.S. We will distribute electronic copies of our Summer Fair programme throughout the Chislehurst area in the period before the Fair. It will be available on our website and on Facebook. Stallholders (and any other local businesses, etc.) may place vouchers and/or adverts in the programme. The deadline for inclusion of adverts (and for your stall position to be shown on the fairground plan in the programme) is 6 weeks prior to the event. Pitch bookings may still be accepted after this date (if available) but may not be displayed in the printed version of the programme.

moreNo car parking is permitted on The Common for members of the public attending the fair. Stallholders that need a vehicle to remain on the Common must apply for a parking permit.

Community Service is the Club's link with the local community. Emphasis is placed on links within the immediate Chislehurst area, where substantial efforts and contributions are made to help local charities and to undertake projects to help those in need.

We are a small, but enthusiastic, Club with a strong commitment to helping those less fortunate overseas; ensuring that any aid is provided where it is needed and managed locally so that all funds are used wisely and effectively.

The Club Service Committee works with our elected Club Council to ensure, as far as possible, the smooth running of the Club

The Social team (a sub-committee of Club Service) deals with all the social aspects of the Club. If we can raise some money for charity, then that is an extra bonus!!
