Brian Rutter from CO-OP Estate Planning - Tax, Care and Toy Boys
Brian Rutter of Coop Estate Planning and Tax ventured out to meet us after 18 months relying on electronic communication.
He was able to explain, inform and entertain the Rotary audience on an overview of wills, probate, trusts and inheritance tax etc.
Also the funding of residents in care homes, where the Local Authority could be involved in the charges on a house.
Two types of couples ownership of a house have a bearing on estate planing: tenancy in common or joint tenancy.
