Charity Golf Day Thursday 4th July 2024 at Cirencester Golf Club

We’re pleased to share with everyone that this year’s Rotary Charity Golf day raised more than £3,300 for Cancer Research UK and Signpost (our local charity that helps people facing really significant living challenges).

We’re pleased to share with everyone that this year’s Rotary Charity Golf day (held on 4 July at the Cirencester Golf Club) raised more than £3,300 for Cancer Research UK and Signpost (our local charity that helps people facing really significant living challenges). This figure brings to £40,000+ the amount we have raised for Charities in the Rotary Club of Cirencester during the last couple of years. We have a particularly active Youth and Community Service programme both locally and internationally and you can read all about the activities we’ve run here on the website.

The weather was kind to us for the Charity Golf Day and everyone enjoyed playing – see the picture selection below. We would like to send special thanks to all the Teams who supported us by playing and the local companies that sponsored the day, especially our main sponsor, Rangeford Retirement Village at Siddington Park, and Redkite solicitors (incorporating Davy Law) and Cain and Fuller Estate Agents, as well as the staff at Cirencester Golf Club – thank you all!  We hope to be back for the 3rd annual Charity Golf Day next year, so watch this space for updates...
