2024 was the 9^th year of our Hemel Rotary Santa Sleigh bringing joy to the children (and adults) of Hemel Hempstead, Kings Langley and Abbots Langley.

25 street by street routes were undertaken between 23rd November and 23rd December 2024 and we held a number of static collections in December, giving children the opportunity to have their photograph taken with Santa or Mrs Claus.

We are extremely grateful to our collector organisations who helped with each street by street route and our Friends of Rotary who assisted with the static collections.

Our Santa activity raised £15,000 to donate back to the local community.

Donations of £320 each were made to our collector organisations (see below) and donations of £180 were made to a further 23 small local charitable organisations (see below).

Additional donations were made to Collett School to contribute to the cost of pupils attending the Rotary Fun Day at Whipsnade Zoo, to Frogmore Mill, and to Leverstock Green Cricket Club.
