Friends and students of ex Welsh Opera tenor and vocal tutor at Royal Northern College of Music (and Middleton Rotarian), the late Jeff Lawton, put on an excellent festival of music to pay tribute to Jeff and to raise money for Middleton Rotary Club President's chosen charity - Rochdale & District Mind - and for Springhill Hospice, Rochdale, of which Jeff was patron for many years..
