Shelter Tent on show at Comrie Fortnight opening

Sat, Jul 23rd 2016 at 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm

A good turnout of members gathered in Comrie and erected and manned a Shelter Tent in order that members of the public could see at first hand exactly what a 'Shelter Box' provided those in need with following upon a natural disaster.

Club Members took a space at Comrie Fortnight's Opening on 23rd July in order to provide members of the public with an opportunity to see exactly what a 'Shelter Box' actually looked like and the contents of it so they would have a better understanding of exactly what assistance can be provided when natural disasters strike.
