Help to save a life today with Purple Community Fund

Would you like to take a child or a family away from a rubbish tip, deprivation and trafficking?

Purple Community Fund (PCF) is a UK charity which has been doing just that in the Philippines for almost 30 years.  The charity has taken over 1,000 children out of poverty and deprivation, but education and health are an ongoing worry as they rely on public donations to keep these programmes going.

PCF needs your ring pulls from drink cans, and these are recycled into a range of eco-fashion handbags, clothing and accessories. You can collect on your own or with a group of friends and give them to Nailsworth Rotary to forward to PCF - we can never have too many ring pulls so please start collecting!

Nailsworth Rotary has been working with this charity for around 15 years. We know its CEO Jane Walker MBE, who has visited us countless times in Nailsworth, and maybe you collect ring pulls for us? We have sent way over 1 million ring pulls to this project.

Would you like to help take a child or a family away from a rubbish tip and give them hope for a better future? If so, then please look at the Purple Community Fund website or contact Nailsworth Rotary by email.

Thank you
