The 38th Am Am will be held in conjunction with Dunblane New Golf Club on Thursday June 27 2024. Proceeds to Strathcarron Hospice. A four ball stableford competition for teams, men and women with a yellow ball and two's competitions.

This is the largest fund-raising event of our Rotary year and we hope to welcome around 250 competitors this year. Over the years, our supporters have enabled us to raise almost £300K of much-needed funds for Strathcarron Hospice.

The Competitions on the Day

Best individual Gents and best individual Ladies Stableford Score (with the best of these two scores to also receive the AmAm trophy)

Team competition (best two Stableford scores to count on each hole) - top five teams win prizes

Yellow ball competition (best Stableford score, each player plays a hole in rotation from lowest competition to highest competition handicap; yellow ball must be played and returned to win the prize) - top three teams win prizes

A gross 2 scored on any par 3 will receive a sleeve of 3 golf balls

Competition Rules

Gents play from yellow tees and ladies from the red tees.

All competitors must have a current WHS handicap index which is to be notified to the starter at registration.

Competition handicaps will be calculated as per SGU guidelines by the starter who will record your competition handicap on your card. You should use your competition handicap to determine the number of strokes you receive.

The competitions will be conducted in accordance with the current R&A Rules of Golf. Please check and comply with local rules for Dunblane Golf Club on the standard DNGC scorecard and any additional temporary rules on display in the starters box on the day of the competition.

Cards should be signed by 2 members of your team on completion of your round.
