Graham Harradine, talking about "Vinyl, the rebirth of the record".

Graham gave a great talk on the singles records of the 1950s and 1960s. They were of course on vinyl of which he has a very large collection. We learned that some of these command very high prices these days. He had asked in advance for members' suggestions and he played these for us at the end of his talk. These included favourites from Nina Simone, Nat King Cole, Buddy Holly (3), Procol Harum, Karl Denver and finally The Poni-Tails. Finally he pleaded with us not to throw out our old vinyl. So give it to Graham (not Big Band records though).

Thanks to John Palmer for photographs.
