One of the charities we support is N W Air Ambulance. They recently talked to the club and we made a donation of £500. On Saturday 7th September Lamplighter Amy abseiled down Liverpool Cathedral and raised a further £700 .

We had a great day for the walk. Dry and not cold. 24 of us walked from Lyme Breeze to Bollington, where we spent an hour at the Vale Inn. Then a walk back to Lyme Breeze was followed by a lovely meal.

This will be a lunchtime event, at Chancellors, Moseley Road, Manchester. Drinks in the gardens from 12:30pm, then lunch at 2:00pm. President Clyde will speak after lunch, then it's back out to the gardens for more drinks and socialising.
