The Club's plans for the new Rotary Year are introduced.

Club Assembly - Bernice received the Lamplighter Award for work with the Heatons Summer Festival.

Club Assembly - Bill Caldwell was awarded the Attendance Shield for last year.

Club Assembly - Andrew Dowd was presented with the Lamplighter of the Year Award.

Club Assembly - President Richard hand over the reins to new President Bernadette.

Tonight we held our Club Assembly, which is the hand-over meeting when the outgoing President hands over the reins to the new President for 2016/2017. (The Rotary year runs from July 1st). As well as this, each of the committee chairs present their programme to the club for approval by members. The District Governor's representative, Peter Robinson, attended and addressed the meeting at the end of proceedings.
