We were privileged to be hosting some Rotarians from Thailand on a Friendship Exchange on Sunday the fourth of May we visited Lacock and our lovely DG Stuart Gilbert and his wife joined the party. Here are some pictures of them presenting some banners and badges, and of their picnic lunch.
On Monday the fifth of May at our meeting we had a presentation, telling us about each of the members of the 12-strong team and their Rotary Clubs, and the group having received some gifts from us. Also, there very generous giving of gifts to me President Jennie Parker and to Lyndon Brettand Tina Stoel-Walker who had visited Thailand earlier this year. Thank you to all the Rotarians who hosted them, or contributed to making their 3-day stay with us such a success, and to all those present for making them feel so welcome. Rotary is such a wonderful global family.
