Thursday the 16th of October 2025 saw the Club celebrate the 92nd Anniversary of its Charter. Many Rotarians and their partners gathered at Mytton Fold Hotel for a splendid evening, enjoyed by all. Amongst the guest to join us, were Rotarian John Edwards District Governor D1190 and his wife Jennifer, the Mayor of Clitheroe, Councillor Michael Graveston and Lady Mayoress Joanne Tudda; Mayor of Ribble Valley Councillor Simon O'Rourke and Lady Mayoress Councillor Donna O'Rourke; Rotarian Emyr Lloyd Davies, President Elect of Ribblesdale Rotary; Ian Lloyd President of Clitheroe Lions. Our Guest speaker was Julie Rowlandson from the International Aid Trust who talked about the wonderful work undertaken by the charity.
President Philip said of the speech “It was a captivating speech, and not only did you speak of the enormous, good works that International Aid Trust do, but you made the Club members feel very proud of the relationship we have built up over the last few years. Long may it continue!”
