Decisions / Thinking / Actions

·         Meetings to be mainly social whilst we explore our purpose

·         Event communication to be via Facebook events and email

·         Provide admin rights for Facebook page to Rebecca + Carol

·         Set-up a mailing list (obtain contacts from Bill)

·         Set-up and communicate calendar of events based around 14th and 29th of the month

·         Seek and collate project suggestions from all and Rotary such as:

o   Cinema in the Park, local community focus, Brungerley Park labour,

·         Share social events ideas – visits, speakers, experiences such as:

o   Gliding, Bee Keeping, Cake Making, walking, high ropes, Bowland brewery, Indian buffet etc

·         First Social event to be set-up – Bowls Challenge with other Rotary friends – Waddington

·         Ian to attend the Clitheroe Rotary Council meeting 29 May:

·         Keep Rotary updated and  informed, and ask for some space whilst we form.
