Presidents Night Barn Dance

President Rick Johnson end of office Barn Dance
President Rick chose to have a Barn Dance at the Shuttleworth Memorial Hall, Egloshayle village.
Club members, their familes, friends and villagers arrived that evening ready for a fun night.
The whippletree Ceilidh band started to play, all lined up in orderly rows, no-body knew left from right or remembered the correct sequence, consequently utter chaos ensued with lots of laughter and plenty of fun.
Half way through the evening a much needed break was required. The BBQ by Trenent Kitchen was ready to eat, the smells drifting into the building and courtyard smelt amazing, everything tasted fantastic & got washed down with plenty of drinks from Bushen Bar.
The second half continued with as much madness as the first. Towards the end of the evening, as promised, President Rick announced who the winner of the best fancy dress was. He said that he wanted to give the chocolates to ADG Nigel but felt due to his status he couldn't do so and instead gave them to Nigel's wife Elizabeth.
A great night was had by all as well as rising money for Motor Neurone disease, President Rick's charity for his year.
