Rotary Knits Babies Woolly Hats

Help save newborn lives by knitting woolly hats! Download the pattern here

Can YOU Knit?    Could you help us help mums and newborns in Ukraine?   Health professionals know that heat loss is a major concern for newborns,  never more so now in Ukraine where freezing temperatures are adding to the horrific conditions.

Our club has joined in a major project to knit hats for newborn babies in Ukraine... see the photos above.... a marvellous project aimed at drastically reducing the number of newborn deaths due to low temperatures.

Several batches of woolly hats have now been safely delivered to Ukraine.... thank you to all our Rotary friends and supporters who knitted 1000s of little hats.
