WELCOME TO TORRINGTON ROTARY CLUB  ..  on this site you will find lots of information about our club, what we do, when we meet and most importantly, that we are a group of local people who enjoy a good time and want to help our community.   We enjoy new challenges and hope that you will let us know (please use the 'Contact us' tab)  if you have a community project that we can help with. 

Our fortnightly meetings (with dinner, at the Torrington Golf Club) are very sociable and entertaining, and we regularly have interesting speakers who broaden our horizons and inform on wide-ranging subjects.   Sometimes our speakers come from local organisations or charities, or we may hear about an unusual job or hobby.

Why not come along and meet us?    Guests are always welcome, and becoming a member is easy - just join us for a few meetings so we can all get to know each other.

Torrington Library & The Bickford Centre join Torrington Rotary in  ‘WRAP UP’ Project

Our lovely Torrington library will have a rail again this year with pre-loved, good winter coats for those in need.  It’s part of a Rotary UK-wide project that Torrington Rotary has joined, to collect good coats that are no longer worn and redistribute them to those who need one.   Please come along to the library and take a coat if you need one. 

DONATED COATS  Please leave these in the collecting box at THE BICKFORD CENTRE so that they may be checked before distribution.  Our collection is for MENS’ WOMENS’ AND CHILDRENS COATS.

Wrap Up This Winter - Give What You Can, Take What You Need.......Cold days, warm libraries....
