RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Award) is a residential week-long course organised by Rotary and delivered by expert professionals at a venue on Dartmoor. In 2022 the course will take place in July.
The Senior RYLA is open to those aged 18-30 years, whether in college/education, employed or unemployed. It aims to improve self-confidence and organisational skills through various team and individual exercises. A maximum of 30 will participate this year, and cost is £725 pp.
Our club is sponsoring 1 place this year, which has been awarded to Nathan Board, who visited us in April. We look forward to meeting him, and to his visit later in the year after the RYLA course.more Rees Parkhouse, our RYLA 2023 recipient
