Walk Halsdon Reserve

A lovely afternoon in the North Devon countryside. Simon Berry of the Devon Wildlife Trust treated some of the Club and their partners and friends to a guided walk of the Trust's reserve at Halsdon Woods near Beaford.

Simon's clear passion for this countryside, his knowledge and presentation made this gentle stroll through woods and watermeadow a great pleasure.

We welcomed Simon to our meal and club meeting later in the day.
