Following Officer appointments at the AGM team leaders will select their team members and hold a meetings to identify what they are going to do next year. (These meetings should also include the Pesident Elect)
Next comes this meeting, Club Assembly, at which Team Leaders present their proposals and a provisional programme to the membership, for approval..
