PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF VENUE

Hello Fellow Rotarians

On April 22nd at Mount Kelly, Parkwood Road, Tavistock. PL19 0HZ we will be holding Rotary District 1175 Assembly. District Governor 2023/24, David Glover, is inviting you to attend. The event will commence with tea, coffee & pastries from 09:00 with the Assembly starting at 10:00.The Assembly will conclude around 13:00. Following introductions in the main hall, arrangements are in hand to provide breakout rooms for discussions with the District Service Team Leaders and for new Rotary members with District Governor 2023-2024 David

We are delighted that the CEO of Shelter Box has accepted an invitation to speak at our event. Sanj Srikanthan is a renowned speaker and has addressed at major Rotary events worldwide in recent months. David Glover will also introduce Rotary International President, Gordon McInally’s theme ‘Create Hope IN The World’ with a short video, before DGE David introduces his plans & ambitions for the Rotary Year 2023/24

As this is the meeting when Rotarians look forward and plan for the coming year,( please bring, on the day, at least your treasurer, and committee chairs or project leads, including the Foundation chair), although of course, all club members are encouraged to attend. You will be able to join the relevant breakout groups and learn more about the ideas behind the coming year and meet up with colleagues working in the same area as yourselves.

We look forward to seeing you and your fellow club members on the 22nd April and would ask you to give details of those who will be attending to Christine Peacock, christinep20@btinternet.com
