However, there are a number of variations, dependant on the disaster type and location. A 'didaster Tool / Repair Kit is now very popular - consisting of basic tools, nails, screws etc.

Shelterbox Facts:
ShelterBox, which exists to provide humanitarian aid worldwide in the form of shelter, warmth and dignity for people displaced by natural and other disasters, started in 2000 as a Milenimum project of the Rotary Club of Helston-Lizard, Cornwall. ShelterBox.
It is now the largest Rotary Club project in the world and has raised over £50 million and responded to over 200 major disasters including the Indian Ocean Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina and Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar (Burma), Phillipines Disaster and now operates out of 57 countries - also keeping spare boxes at these locations and on British Warships for immediate use.
