About us

The Rotary Club of Oadby was eestablished in 1962, and is one of the most active Rotary clubs in Leicester and Leicestershire. We meet every Thursday (12.00 for a 12.30 start) at Glen Gorse Golf Club.

Our club is part of the worldwide organisation that is Rotary International. 1.2 million neighbours, friends, and community leaders who come together to create positive, lasting change in our communities and around the world.

We have been active in the local community of Oadby for almost 65 years running our own projects and supplying volunteers and funds for those run by other organisations in the community.

We also have a great track record in the completion of health and education projects in Africa and India.

We are always looking for like minded individuals to join us.

First meeting of Memory Nook - memory cafe for those living with dementia and their carers

Building on the success of RC Oadby project, Oadby Memory Cafe, we are delighted to be launching a brand new memory cafe in South Wigston.
