Another of our quiz evenings, this time with Paul Barrett presiding, and raising some funds for our charity account.
Although the snow prevented a number of people from joining us this evening, those hardy souls who got through the white stuff had a very enjoyable evening. The first responders team won the raffle though also won the wood spoon prize! Kim, Steve and Vi won the quiz showing their wide depth of knowledge, though we all knew quite a few of the answers and, as always, there was the post mortems - if only we had written that answer down then our score would have been.......! Thank you Paul for setting a fair set of questions, once again, and keeping us entertained with a smattering of jokes - and we raised some money for our charity account to go towards good causes. Looking forward to the next one in Clive's year!
