As a talent, and an art form, Rotary GB&I celebrates the photographic skills of thousands of young people with a sequence of competitions that give them the chance to demonstrate and display just what they can produce. The task is to produce a photograph based upon the theme, “Wonderful Water” in colour or black and white on photographic paper. Prints to be submitted separately including digital copies.
