Encouraging young people to consider how they would like their future to develop is perhaps one of the most important skills we can equip them with.
We may not always agree with their decisions, but if they have evaluated the options wisely we should be satisfied.
Engaging with younger generations is not easy. (It wasn't when we were younger, was it?)
Schools were the 'go-to' when you wished to engage with young people.
However pressure from above has put an ever increasing burdon on both teaching and support staff. How can we engage staff without increasing their workload?
Increasingly parents are opting to educate at home. Can we tap in to this form of education?
Apart from school, where else do young people gather? How to we make contact with them?
Here are the competitions that are on offer. Think of them as a menu, you should not contemplate offering them all.

All entrants MUST be sponsored by a Rotary Club.
If you are a teacher, youth worker or parent and would like to enter a young person into one of the competitions please contact your local Rotary club or district.
