Once agreed, the process is to set up a steering group of health service roviders, emergency services, local business leaders and Rotary Clubs, with their networks of business and professional people. The aim is that all customer facing staff will be given, free of charge, a 45 minutes Dementia session, which will give them a better understanding and awareness of what the person with dementia faces.
