Aberaeron A'r Cylch - Funeral details and tribute to a long serving and true Rotarian. Funeral to be held at 1.00pm on Wednesday 8th May, 2024 at Aberystwyth Crematorium. Family only floral tributes. Donations to Hywel Dda Bronglais Chemo Appeal.

Knighton & District - We enjoyed this event with script written by our very own Dorothy Scott. This evening included light refreshments and a bar. The cost was £10 with profits going to our charitable efforts in the community.

Porthcawl - Please join Porthcawl Rotary in walking a mile to help vaccinate children against Polio
Brynmawr - Support our Interact Clubs to help those in need of vaccinations against Polio, please purchase your afternoon tea ticket, then enjoy a delicious array of sandwiches, cakes and scones with tea or coffee whilst helping such a worthy cause.
Haverfordwest - Meet at the Haverfordwest Cricket Club for a ramble around the Racecourse
Llanelli - Possibly the biggest litter pick ever in Llanelli?
Knighton & District - We enjoyed stewarding for this exciting event and raised over £1600 for the Air Ambulances and local charities.
Llanelli - Bringing together litter pickers from around Llanelli to coordinate our efforts.

Abergavenny - The first Greener Abergavenny Fair Opened its doors to the public. Abergavenny Rotary Club was one of seven sponsors for this event and had a stall in the Market Hall.

Abergavenny - We had a very memorable evening at St Mary's Priory Church with Treorchy Male Choir performing in front of a capacity audience of 300 people raising £3,000 for our Ukraine Appeal. A truly magnificent achievement!

Knighton & District - We were invited to join the North Herefordshire and South Shropshire Ukrainian Support Group with 80 Ukrainian refugees, their hosts and teachers on a cultural and educational trip on the Severn Valley Heritage Railway.

Abergavenny - The Abergavenny Steam Rally returned for the second year running following lockdown. We were blessed with some wonderful weather which brought out the crowds and we had a record year in all respects.

Abergavenny - The Club raised £275 at its Street Collection in Red Square in Abergavenny for humanitarian support for 50 Ukrainian refugees housed in a historical Abbey in Jaroslaw, Poland near to the Ukraine border

Knighton & District - With World polio day on October 24th, we will be having a stall at the Knighton farmers market on this Saturday.
Cardiff Bay - In 1987 the Rotary Club of Duarte won the legal right for women to become Rotarians. Sylvia became their President that year and was the first woman to hold that role in the world. Guests welcome.

Abergavenny - The two finalists from the School Competition in July, Amber Jones and Ruby Paton faced each other in the Market Hall at the Food Festival on Sunday 18th September with Ruby Paton declared the winner to go through to the next stage of the competition.
