Suggested responses as to how to respond to behaviour /comments that are deemed unjust/rude or inflammatory when delivered in a Rotary Environment

1)We/I don’t believe that the comments you have just made are appropriate and would like to register our/my objections

2)We/I don’t believe that this is the time or location to have this dialogue/discussion and it needs to be deferred to a more appropriate juncture

3)We/I need to register my concerns regarding the comments you have just made and believe they should be voluntarily retracted with an apology

4)We/I find your behaviour unacceptable to that standards required in a Rotary/personal environment and would like to register our/my  objection

5)Comments about an individual(s) who is not present to respond is both inappropriate and unproffesional.Please with draw them

6)We/I don’t believe  your comments/behaviour are in line with Rotary’s guidance for Diversity/Inclusion/Equality and Equity - - -an apology and a commitment to respect those standards is required

7)Treating Rotarians with respect and dignity is a fundamental requirement of membership - - -We/I don’t believe your comments/behaviour align themselves to those standards
