Presentation of RYLA Certificates

Presentation of Certificates to three of the five Ukrainian young people from Monmouthshire who attended RYLA on 7th - 12th August 2022 - Abergavenny Community Centre in Park Street.


Three of the five Ukrainian young people from Monmouthshire who attended the RYLA course at the Storey Arms in the Brecon Beacons on 7th-12th August 2022 visited the Abergavenny Community Centre on Saturday 17th September 2022 to receive their RYLA Certificates from Club President Robert Parker. The other two young people were unable to attend. Artem was taking his driving test and then going to work in Monmouth and Egor was in School in Monmouth. The Certificates will be posted on to Artem and Egor.

Well done to all five of you for attending the course and good luck with all your endoavours in the future.

The Annual Steam Rally returned on 3rd and 4th June 2022 after a break of three years due to lockdown. The Rally is the main source of funds for the Rotary Club to donate to worthy causes via it's Charity the Abergavenny Rotary CIO.
