24 November 2019 - Visit Classical Spectacular at the Royal Albert Hall.
A well attended and organised event, with everybody having a good time.
7 July 2019 - New President summer party. This event was held at Nackington Barn, on a beautiful summer's day. A very enjoyable afternoon.
1 & 2 June 2019 - President's drinks party. A perfect end to a memorable year. We were basking in sunshine in Sue and Les' beautiful garden, and spoiled with drinks and tasty nibbles.
21-24 May 2019 - President's Trip to York. A very enjoyable and well organised trip to York.
15th April 2019 - Salutation Gardens. A very interesting event with head gardener Steve Edney giving us a thorough tour around the gardens. This was followed with a meal at the Bell.
17th March 2019 - Safari lunch. This is where each course of the meal is eaten at a different members’ house with a different group of people. It is an organisational nightmare but at the same time very enjoyable for those taking part. It can entail a fair bit of driving as our members are spread over a fairly large area ranging from Elham in the South to Whitstable in the North and Wingham in the East and Faversham in the West.
11th February 2019 - Valentine's dinner. What an enjoyable evening! David W. told us about the origins of St Valentine's day in his entertaining way, and various brave members recalled how they met their partners.
2nd January 2019 - New Year’s Walk. Click on the link below to see photos of the event.

15th July 2018 - Presidents’ Lunch. This was held at the Carpenter's Cottage. We all enjoyed a tasty buffet in their beautiful garden.
These were the social events held in the past year but of course a lot of the fund raising and community service occasions also give us plenty of social interaction between members.
