We have Tim Knight and his friend Lyle speaking to us.
Lyle, who is Canadian, and Tim met on a Help for Heroes Cycle ride.
Tim has just completed this years Help for Heroes Cycle.
Lyle also suffers from PTSD following his military service in Bosnia.
They will share with their experiences of doing Help for Heroes Cycle events and Lyle will tell us a bit about PTSD.
This should be a very interesting presentation
