On Wednesday 11th September Members of Stonehouse Rotary club and friends enjoyed a very interesting and entertaining presentation provided by Caro Day of The Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham. Caro began by explaining the evolution of the Theatre in Cheltenham from its original site to the current impressive location in Regent street. The theatre has seen may changes over its life with significant major investment and upgrades in recent years. The Theatre provides a lot more in addition to it's excellent and varied entertainment offering, including community engagement and education programmes. There was considerable laughter and fun during the evening, with some of the audience dressing up in costumes to provide a mini show, revealing their hidden theatrical talents!.
A big thank you to Caro for a very enjoyable evening, and also to Sally- Ann Rhodes at the Everyman Theatre for helping to pre arrange the evening.
