Health Improvement in Zanzibar (HIPZ)

HIPZ manages the health system for Zanaibar on behalf of the local health serice, and run 2 hospitals.

Their brief is to establish formal processes and systems to provide competent health systems in a cost effective manner, train staff etc.

An inspiring challenbe whcih they have been providing - and constantly improving - over some years now.
