As always - a really great event.
The talent just gets better year after year.
The overall wnner was Timothy Mitchell, from Castle School, Thornbury, playing the clarinet.
Second, Lizzie O'Brian, also from Castle School playing violin, and third Simon Crew from Cirencester College on guitar.
The Hughes prize for best string player was also awarded to Lizzie, whilst the Fred Perkin Troph went to Alexander Kirby from Marling School, also playing guitar.
