Another great performance by five students from Maidenhill School, for our local heat.
All demonstrated great skills in the preparation of their meals; the choice of menus, and the presentaton of their food.
The winner of this heat - with an opportunity to now progress to a District final event - was Eva Boulton-Lake. She won a copy of Jamie Oliver's latest cook book, and a voucher for dinner for three at the Barnsley House Hotel.
A In addition, the five students will have an opportunityu to visit the busy kitchen at Barnsley House and see the real experience.
A big thank you to our judges - Francesco Volgo from Barnsley House Hotel and Keith Richardson; and Maidenhill teacher Kelly Shannon for her additional work and support to the students.
The photo here shows Eva being presented with her prize by Rotary President Yvonne, and there are plenty of other great shots in the attached slide-show.
UPDATE - the District Final will be on Saturday, Febriary 10th, 2019 at St Katherine's School, Ham
