This year's winner is Emily Jenner.
Emily attends Katherine Lady Berkeley School,
and was playing alto-sax.
The runner up - Alistair Whittle from Katherine Lady Berkeley School, playing violin.
3rd place - Nicola Rouse from Katherine Lady Berkeley School, playing trumpet.
This will be held on Sunday, 13th March at Dean Close School, Cheltenham.
This competition is organised by the nine Rotary Clubs in the South of the Cotswolds. It is designed to give young people with musical talent an opportunity to play a solo in front of a live audience under competition conditions. All the performers tonight have gained either first or second place in a preliminary competition for their instrumental section.
The winner will receive the Mervyn Norris Memorial Cup and a cheque for
